•Howard has 40 years experience in business and operations. He started his career as a design engineer in the semiconductor industry and has led numerous companies in the position of CEO including: Nailite International, Inc. of Miami, and prior to that, Novatronics, a manufacturer of military electronics in Pompano Beach.

•Howard’s expertise is helping companies improve performance through the identification of key indicators. Having worked in every area of business (engineering, marketing, sales, operations, R&D, mergers & acquisitions), he can truly see business issues from all aspects.

•Howard holds an MBA from Northeastern and is uniquely qualified to help our clients succeed globally. He has started up operations in 6 countries and has personally conducted business in 22 countries.

•Howard is a baseball enthusiast, enjoys photography and driving fast cars. He resides in South Florida with his wife and their pet Dingo named Capex (short for Capital Expense) That’s our Howard!
