Full Day Workshop

In the Full Day Workshop, attendees will participate in greater detail and learn about key concepts such as competitive disadvantages, dangerous disparity, and shadow effects. Attendees go through multiple iterations of creating and articulating Competitive Advantage Statements. Attendees leave this workshop with a longer list of Competitive Advantage Statements for their company, which are ready to test in research and begin using in their businesses.

This workshop is best suited for an audience of 8-25 people and is ideal for management, sales and marketing personnel.
