Craig L. Mowrey

•Craig Mowrey is a Principal at Smart Advantage. He trains our ACES (Advantage Consultant Experts) and has jointly delivered over 45 Smart Advantage process sessions.

•He has designed over 40 market research projects for clients and invested over 500 hours in the design of the Smart Advantage Leader’s Manual, Participant’s Manual, and workshop materials.

•Craig has designed over 50 training programs for industries ranging from nuclear energy to agriculture. He previously worked with Florida Power & Light, and Westinghouse Electric Corporation helping them with management/initiative implementation, training, process improvement, root cause analysis, technical writing, compliance, and team leadership.

•He has taught nationally and internationally for over 35 years.

•Craig is a veteran of the U.S. Navy where he served for 12 years, charged with responsibilities for operations, training, quality assurance, supervision and mission fulfillment. His non-classified education is in nuclear engineering and occupational education from Ohio University, the State University of New York, and Southern Illinois University.
