The Smart Advantage Competitive Advantage Quarterly Review is for companies who have completed the Smart Advantage Full Process and want to maintain a heightened focus on their newly discovered Competitive Advantages.
The Competitive Advantage Review takes place after the Research Review & Implications session and is focused on these implementation activities:
- Reviewing your data collection to complete your new Competitive Advantage statements.
- Creating new marketing/sales statements based on your newly identified Competitive Advantages.
- Wordsmithing your Competitive Advantage statements to get the message just right.
- Updating your website and marketing materials to prominently feature your Competitive Advantages.
- Updating your sales tools, sales scripts and any other support materials that your sales force use to help sell.
- Evaluating and updating your metrics to measure results of your new Competitive Advantage approach.
As part of the Competitive Advantage Quarterly Review, Smart Advantage consultants work with your company to establish accountability to ensure that the Competitive Advantage work gets done – everything from revising your marketing materials to training you sales team.
We also help you identify additional operational and strategic issues related to your Competitive Advantages – Competitive Advantage often goes beyond marketing; it touches every interaction that your company has with your customers.
Each Competitive Advantage Review session is a full day at your location. The sessions will be facilitated by one or two Smart Advantage consultants working with your team responsible for implementing your Competitive Advantage work.
