Similar to the Full Process, market research is part of the telephone consulting process. Upon conclusion of the market research, our business consultant reviews the research results, and reviews them in detail with you. Marketing implications are covered with a focus on aligning your competitive advantage statements to the buying hierarchy of your customers. Telephone business consulting is a cost-effective alternative for companies who require the Full Process but have the time and resources to perform most of the work themselves. Best suited for smaller companies who after reading Creating Competitive Advantage, have crafted some competitive advantage statements on their own but need help preparing for and conducting market research and then interpreting and using the results. |
