½ Day Workshop
The ½ Day Workshop is a presentation entitled, “Competitive Advantage: Is Yours a Hit or a Myth?”. This workshop is suited for companies who are familiar with the concept of Competitive Advantage because they have read Jaynie Smith’s book, Creating Competitive Advantage, or have heard Jaynie Smith as a keynote business speaker. The workshop is a hands-on, interactive session that takes attendees through the Competitive Advantage Process. Each attendee engages in activities throughout the workshop, ending with an understanding of how to create and write Competitive Advantage Statements. Participants will learn what a Competitive Advantage is (and isn’t) and review competitive positioning. By the end of the workshop attendees will be crafting Competitive Advantage Statements of their own. This workshop is best suited for an audience of 8-25 people and is ideal for management, sales and marketing personnel. |
