Brian Neff, General Manager

Brian Neff is the General Manager at Smart Advantage where he oversees the daily operations including new product development, customer satisfaction, and new client development.
Brian worked for 9 years with the South Florida Manufacturers Association as Vice President where he was responsible for service quality, membership development and retention, public relations, industry representation, and the establishment of new products and services.
He has served as a City Manager for Leslie, Michigan, and as a volunteer, has served as Vice Chair of the Planning & Zoning Board for the City of Coral Springs, Florida.
He received his undergraduate degree from Vassar College, his masters at the University of Kansas, and has taken coursework towards a doctorate from Florida State University.
